MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept payment via WorldPay.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All deliveries will be made according to the carrier's standard procedures. For standard delivery, a signature should not be required, however packages which will not fit through your letter box may be taken back to the postal depot for collection.
Please note that where a signature is required, orders cannot be sent to PO box addresses.
Should you require clarification on what happens if no-one is available to receive the goods, and/or a signature is required, please contact the carrier direct.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
All products will be shipped as soon as possible (subject to credit clearance and availability of stock).
BACK ORDERS
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
TAX CHARGES
UCS Trading is not registered for VAT.
RETURNS POLICY
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.dti.gov.uk/consumers/Fact%20Sheets/page24635.html.

We provide a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details. Your credit card will show "carrot.co.uk".
All goods come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money (P&P costs are non refundable).
In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty please return the item to us and you may choose to receive a replacement, another item for the same value or a refund.
Returns conditions:
Goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
Goods must be received back at our office within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
Notice is given that free offers and our P&P costs will be accounted for if returned goods takes the order value below the free offer level. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns if your order value will drop below the free offer level.
